Glen has a passion for helping first-time home buyers to buy smart. In fact, he has a long history of tracking down smart business decisions – from his time as a entrepreneur of building and operating two Primrose Educational Schools in McKinney to his experience as Director of Operations for Sound Warehouse and Blockbuster Music. Maybe the first thing you’ll notice is his laid back personality, or maybe it’s his win/win mentality. Glen graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a degree in Long Term Health Care Administration. He believes in giving back to the community that has been great to him over the years : Currently involved with East Dallas Tour board member and organizer, Wilshire Baptist, Preservation Dallas, Dallas Arboretum, and has been former board member of the Wildcat Booster Club, Casa Linda Estates past president, Exchange Club, and many others.
Glen and his wife Janie have been a part of the Lake Highlands community for decades. They have enjoyed raising their three kids in Lake Highlands along with Janie having her dance studio in the community for almost 20 years and now teaches at Dallas Ballet Center. “Miss Janie” has taught many children over the years the art and her passion for dance.

Robin is a graduate of Lake Highlands High school and the mother of three LH alums. She completed her undergraduate studies in political science at the University of Oklahoma. (Boomer Sooner!). Robin also holds a master’s degree in theology from the Perkins School of Theology, Southern Methodist University. She currently resides in a Lake Highlands home that she has loved since childhood.

Jason and his wife Wendy are raising their three active boys in Lake Highlands and their family enjoys spending time outdoors including hiking, fly fishing and hunting, as well as, spending time at Dallas Athletic Club.

Amy brings strategy, a background in organizational and people management, systems operations and agency creative to the table for the team.
Amy is also dedicated to giving back to the Dallas community. She was the 2011 recipient of the coveted Ebby Halliday community service award for raising over $500,000 for Dallas community non profits through chairing the 2010 and 2011 Chi Omega Christmas Markets. She was also recognized in the Dallas Business Journal for her efforts as a top fundraiser for The American Cancer Society Corporate Hero Circle. She also gives back to the real estate industry and has served as the Community Outreach Chair for the YPN Committee at MetroTex Association of REALTORS®, the Marketing and Publicity Committee Chair for the MetroTex Leadership Academy, the Leadership Academy Alumni Chair, previously served on the Selection Committee for the MetroTex Leadership Academy, was voted by peers to be on the Board Nominating Committee and has served in an elected role for MetroTex on the GMMLS. In Lake Highlands, Amy started a well-received neighborhood movement to get homeowner families back to the neighborhood school and has dedicated numerous hours to the success of the school. She is also one of the founders and serves on the board for 100 Women of Lake Highlands, a board member for the Lake Highlands Junior Women’s League and a tutor for Forerunner Mentoring. She is the mother to a son and daughter, married to Brent of Timmerman Development, LLC and they are members of Lake Highlands United Methodist Church.

Former Partner of pickaperch for the past 6 years Beth and Amy doubled sales each year, and were one of the top ranked groups in Lake Highlands, Texas with over $40 million in sales volume in 2016. Beth brings a sales background and experience in the title industry to the team, along with a strong design sense that has helped their clients to maximize equity when selling a home. The pre-market preparation is an important part of the selling process and one Beth takes to the next level.
Beth is also dedicated to both the local Lake Highlands community and the Greater Dallas community. Her charitable background started in 2006 as a Big Sister for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of North Texas where she served for 5 years. Since then, she chaired the Chi Omega Christmas Market in 2013 and raised almost $300,000 for Dallas area nonprofits. Within the real estate industry, Beth is a graduate of the state renowned Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program and has served on several committees at MetroTex Association of REALTORS®. In Lake Highlands, Beth serves on the PTA board for Northlake Elementary and is a huge advocate for her school on a local level. She is also a founder and board member for 100 Women of Lake Highlands who donated over $100,000 to the Lake Highlands community in their inaugural year and she also served as a tutor for Forerunner Mentoring. She is the mother to two handsome boys, her husband Jon is in the oil and gas industry and they are members of Park Cities Baptist Church.
